Q:What's the minimum order quantity to customize?
A : Any quantity is acceptable, however, higher quantity, better prices. We suggest to start with 2pcs per design by digital printing and 5,000pcs per design by gravure printing.
Q : What should I do to get a quotation?
A : Please let us know your :1) order quantity ,2) package size ,3) printing design , we will quote immediately .
Q : What if I don' t have a printing design?
A : Our graphics team provides free design service if you agreed on our quotation and place the order.
Q : What' s the general lead time for one order?
A : For digital printing orders, we can ship out the goods within 7-15 days. For gravure printing orders within 100,000pcs, we can ship out the goods within 15-20 days, few days extra for higher quantity.
Q: How long will I expect to receive the goods?
A : It depends on what kind of courier service you choose, generally, the higher the cost, the faster the service.
Q : Can I have sample before the order?
A : Sure, we can provide free sample ( from our past projects ) for you to check the quality. Can ship anytime.

1. Pls noted our products are fully customized instead of RTS(in stock/ready to ship). The price is a reference only(based on certain conditions).

4. For complex designs, you can require us for a design template. For a simple design, you can also send us your logo. We have a free design service.
